At Seako we are comfortable working holistically and alongside other consultants, all the way from conception and tender to the final stages of a project and completion. Ashwell
Works to a historic detached farmhouse with the demolition of an existing outbuilding, construction of new single storey side and rear extensions, internal alterations and external landscaping works.
Impington
Internal remodelling on first and second floors with loft enlargement, external wall insulation and brick slip finish to the whole house. Total re-roofing and insulation of existing tiled roof.
Trumpington
Second storey extension and loft extension with a mid-spec finish throughout.
Islington
Full internal remodelling and renovation to a 4-Storey Victorian townhouse, with full structural rebuild of the roof and repointing of brickwork.
